HVAC Service & Repair
Furnace acting up or AC not cooling? We find the problem before we quote the fix, in homes across Sault Ste. Marie.
Furnaces: gas, propane & oil
All major furnace brands, not just the ones we sell: igniters, flame sensors, blower motors, gas valves and circuit boards, on high-efficiency and older conventional furnaces.
Central air & heat pumps
Compressors, refrigerant leaks, frozen coils, capacitors and fan motors. We find a leak before we recharge, and handle spring start-ups and fall shutdowns.
Ductless mini-splits
Wall, ceiling-cassette and floor-mount units: drainage problems, error codes, board failures and deep cleaning.
Thermostats & zone controls
Wiring and compatibility problems, failed zone dampers and multi-stage systems that won't stage properly.
Humidifiers, HRVs & air quality
Humidifiers, heat recovery ventilators and whole-home filtration. Sweating windows or stale air usually point here.
Annual maintenance & tune-ups
A pre-winter furnace tune-up checks the burner, heat exchanger, blower, gas pressure, safety controls and filter, with a combustion analysis. Your AC gets the same check in spring.
