Furnace & AC Installationin Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
High-efficiency gas furnaces, central air and oil-to-gas conversions, from a TSSA-registered HVAC contractor.

Local Furnace & A/C Experts
An old furnace usually tells you when it's done: it gets louder, it runs longer, and one room never quite warms up. When it's time to replace it, the new one should be sized to your house, not copied from the old unit.
Tombari HVAC installs high-efficiency gas furnaces, central air conditioning and multi-zone systems across Sault Ste. Marie. Add central air to a ducted furnace, and the same vents keep the house warm in February and cool in July.

Furnace & Air Conditioning Installations
Heating and cooling, sized and installed for your house.
High-efficiency gas furnaces
Sized from a heat-loss calculation on your house, so the furnace isn't oversized and short-cycling all winter.
Furnace replacements
A straight swap when your existing ductwork and gas line suit the new furnace.
Oil-to-gas conversions
A full conversion from oil heat to a gas furnace.
Ductwork modifications
Changes to your ducts when the airflow doesn't suit the new equipment.
Central air conditioning
Connects to your furnace's existing ductwork, so the same vents heat in winter and cool in summer.
Multi-zone systems
For two-storey homes where the upstairs never cools down like the main floor.

Questions About Furnaces & AC
How big a furnace do I need?
That comes from a heat-loss calculation on your house, not from the size of your old furnace. An oversized furnace short-cycles, so we size it to the house.
Should I repair or replace my furnace?
It depends on the furnace's age, its condition and what the repair would cost. We'll look at it and tell you which makes sense.
Can you convert my house from oil to gas?
Yes. We do full oil-to-gas conversions, replacing the oil furnace with a gas one.
Can I add central air to my furnace?
If you have a ducted furnace, central air can connect to the same ductwork. If your house has no ducts, a ductless mini-split is the usual answer; our heat pump page covers those.
Are you TSSA-registered?
Yes. Tombari HVAC is a TSSA-registered HVAC contractor.
